Robert Davies founded the Dominion Hotel in the heart of Corktown. He served his ales, Lagers & Porters made in the attached brewery. These beers won gold medals at the 1911 Chicago World's Fair. We continue his tradition by serving you only the finest in local and regional craft beer.
